Dear Prospective sponsor,


We would like to thank you in advance for taking the time out of your busy schedule to read this letter and consider our needs.


Meridian Youth Sports (MYS) is a child oriented and community supported non profit organization consisting entirely of volunteers. MYS’s purpose is to provide leadership and direction for those participating in or preschool-8th grade sports or any other program approved by the MYS board of directors. We currently offer volleyball, football, basketball, baseball and softball seasons. 


As an Organization that strives to provide local youth with the opportunity to learn, have fun and experience the importance of team work, we are gratified when local businesses and individuals show their support in our efforts. While coaches and board members are unpaid volunteers our registration fee’s unfortunately do not cover our expenses. We work hard to keep our registration fee’s low so that more children have the opportunity to play, and rely on the generosity of local sponsors to help make that a possibility! 

 

Your sponsorship will help provide our players with uniforms, new equipment, field maintenance and will also provide registration fee’s and equipment for those players who are less fortunate. We are a non profit organization and donations will be tax deductible. Documents needed for tax returns can be made available upon request. Sponsor’s checks are to be made out to Meridian Youth Sports.

 

We are asking for your support and hope you will be able to assist our program through a sponsorship or donation. Sponsorships listed below are a guidance and not limited to. Donations of any amount will be accepted and greatly appreciated.

Cal Ripken Baseball Team Sponsorship -  $500.00 (1 available)

  • Cal Ripken is our competitive level baseball program for 3rd-6th Graders

    • Sponsor fees help cover additional uniform and tournament fees

  • Logo will be on the jerseys of the players and coaches

  • Logo will be on a banner honoring all the sponsors at home games

  • Team will be named after the sponsor, which will be displayed on the league schedule

  • Facebook recognition and a linked logo will be displayed on our MYS website for the season 

  • Team picture for the sponsor

Recreational Baseball/Softball/T-ball Sponsorship - $250 (10 available)

  • Logo will be on the jerseys of the players and coaches

  • Logo will be on a banner honoring all the sponsors at home games

  • Team will be named after the sponsor, which will be displayed on the league schedule

  • Facebook recognition and a linked logo will be displayed on our MYS website for the season
